Your presence during the inspections is highly encouraged. For all packages, inspections are conducted using my vehicle. If you prefer, I can handle the inspections independently, and afterward, I will provide you with detailed information, photos, and videos of the all defects found in the vehicle.

If you request that the initial inspections under the Optima EV and Premium EV packages be conducted without your presence, and later I accompany you for a second visit to the selected car – an additional fee of 990 PLN will be added to the package price. This fee covers the extra day of my work.

Explanation Example 1: When we are working under the Optima EV or Premium EV package, and you request an initial inspection without you, and then once a vehicle is found, I accompany you on a second trip to the selected car to show you all the defects and assist you with the purchase process – an additional fee of 990 PLN is required.

Explanation Example 2: In the same circumstances, if you decide to come to the selected vehicle on your own and complete the purchase process without my assistance – no additional fee is required.

Explanation Example 3: If we go together for the inspections, but are unable to finalize the purchase of the vehicle by the end of the working day, no extra fee will be charged for an additional day of travel.

The total mileage in all examples is calculated according to the rates listed in the price list.

A full inspection of one vehicle, including a test drive and computer diagnostics, but without a visit to an inspection center, takes between 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the size of the car, its equipment, and the manufacturer.

However, each inspection follows a strict sequence, starting with the most critical elements of the vehicle and moving to the less important ones. This way, if any major defects are found, there’s no need to waste time on a full inspection. If the car has had significant body repairs, this typically becomes evident within the first 15-20 minutes of the inspection.

It’s completely unpredictable. The possibility of negotiation and the size of the discount depend on a huge number of factors. Most often, my clients purchase cars in near-perfect condition, where the basis for negotiation is not the cost of necessary repairs but factors such as the car’s market position, the duration and method of sale, and much more. However, there are cases where, for a car priced at 150,000 PLN, the seller might offer only a 100 PLN discount.

Example 1: You are looking for a car with specific characteristics within a budget of 90,000 PLN. A dealer has such a car for 98,900 PLN and has been trying to sell it for three months. You didn’t see this advert because it was outside your searching range. After three months, the dealer decides to sell the car close to its purchase price to return the funds to the business, suddenly lowering the price to 89,900 PLN. You find this listing as “new” and hope to negotiate it down to at least 87,000 PLN. However, the dealer has already reduced the price by 9,000 PLN from the start point and isn’t willing to negotiate any further. As a result, the car is either purchased for 89,900 PLN or not purchased at all.

Example 2: A large dealership has a strict policy: cars are sold only at the listed price. No negotiation is allowed, even if significant defects are found.

In the examples above, I didn’t mention cases where, with the right negotiation approach and knowledge of the local market, substantial discounts can be achieved. But it’s essential to understand that the used car market is an enormous collection of unique situations. You shouldn’t base your expectations on isolated cases of successful negotiations or exceptional prices for specific cars.

The fact that someone managed to buy a car for 100,000 PLN today with a 4,000 PLN discount only means that it worked today, with that specific car, and with that specific seller. Purchasing the same car tomorrow would be impossible — it will have a different configuration, color, mileage, a different seller, and different negotiations. Therefore, when searching, you should only consider options that fit within your budget without relying on potential discounts.

I provide services strictly within the framework of the presented packages. Monitoring the market for rare vehicles can take an unpredictable amount of time and is therefore not included in any of packages.

I do not have the opportunity to search for or check “randomly found cars.” I provide services strictly within the framework of the presented packages. Intermediate, partial, or combined service options are not available.

I provide services only within Poland. Each country’s car market has its own specifics, and it takes a lot of time to truly understand them. The Polish market is full of excellent cars at prices lower than in Western countries, and contrary to popular belief, not all vehicles that come from abroad are in poor condition or have a history of accidents.

Moreover, poor-quality cars (which are also plentiful here), sold at significantly reduced prices, drive down the prices of good cars with a clean history and in perfect condition, making it possible to buy excellent vehicles at a price much lower than in Western countries. The key is to be smart about choosing the car and the seller.

I have been offering car selection services in Poland since 2016, and all of my personal vehicles have been purchased here.

I conduct inspections only in my own vehicle. The cost of mileage primarily reflects the time I spend on the road rather than fuel or wear and tear. If it’s more convenient for you, you can drive to the inspection location in your own car, but this will not affect the cost of my mileage.

Unfortunately, the Polish car market is quite contradictory. On the one hand, you won’t get a good car for a low price. On the other hand, when trying to sell a good car later for a fair price, you’ll find that there are many similar cars on the market priced significantly lower than yours. You’ll have to wait for a buyer who is willing to pay for quality, while the cheaper options—despite their mediocre condition—sell quickly.

This is especially noticeable when you try to sell the car shortly after purchasing it. After just six months, you’re hoping to sell the vehicle for about the same price you recently paid for it.

If you’re considering hiring me for a turn-key services, it’s important to keep in mind that the vehicle found will likely be priced above the market average, as it should be compared to cars with questionable histories. At the same time, if you need to sell it quickly, there are no guarantees of finding a buyer without significantly lowering the price. Selling a good but not cheap car for a price that reflects its condition may take 3, 4 months, or even six months.

However, when considering a 3- to 4-year ownership period with a resale afterwards, this issue becomes less significant, as the car will naturally age, accumulate mileage, and its value will decrease accordingly.
